Just a quick update to let you know we are now officially in Beta Phase and to answer a few questions we have received about switching to the new platform.
During this phase we are migrating key users to test the new platform and fix any issues that arise, after which we will be launching the KT2020 platform.
When will the new platform be available for me?
Our goal is to make KT2020 available for everyone at the end of June 2020.
Do i need to re-register?
Nope, all members will have accounts migrated to the new platform. If you hold a valid license on the u.s platform then that gets migrated over as well.
Will i still be able to access my saved data on the current platform?
Absolutely, your data will be migrated over and be in exactly the same place as it was on the u.s platform.
Will my data still be backed up on the new platform?
Yes, all data is backed up every night
Will there be tutorial videos and training available?
KT2020 has its own video hosting platform and as part fo this platform we will be adding a tutorial video section for everyone to access. After launch we will be offering training programs where we provide direct training to indivuals or organisations that need to get fully up to speed on all the apps and services our KT2020 has to offer.
